If you would like to return any of the items/products in your order , then kindly contact us by emailing us at -
Products/Items returned must be in re-saleable format – i.e. wine, beer, spirit or RTD packaging unbroken from original format and not damaged in any way. We will then arrange either a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 48hours of receipt of goods.

If you haven't made the payment yet and want to cancel the order there will be no charges.
If you order has been paid for but hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse you can request for a refund and we will credit your refund in accordance to our refunds policy. There will be a cancellation fee of flat $5 on all orders.
Once your product has been dispatched then you will be charged for the delivery charges and restocking fee of $7 and a refund will be processed once we receive the goods back in original condition. You will be responsible for returning the goods and paying for the freight.
